Return Policy

Our return policy is as follows:

      - Claims Deadline

• Claims must be submitted within 5 days of the delivery date.

      - Food Products

• Refunds are not available for food items.

      - Clothing Products

• Returns or refunds for clothing items are only accepted if the product is unworn, tags are intact, and the request is submitted within the designated return period.

       - Reason for Return

• A valid reason for the return must be included with the claim.

How to file a claim:

2. Send us a message outlining the details of your claim.
3. Once your claim is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 48 hours with further instructions.

Refunds

If a claim is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
